Agile Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.
Agile Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., whose Chinese name is 灵巧科技(昆山)有限公司 and whose name is also transliterated as Lingqiao Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., is a Chinese dexterous-manipulation robotics company based in Kunshan, Jiangsu, with its registered address on the third floor of Building 1, No. 106 Taoyuan Road, Zhangpu Town. It was founded in 2025 and is 64.998 per cent held by Xingong Chuangxin (Shenzhen) Technology Partnership and 35 per cent by the listed automotive wiring-harness maker Kunshan Huguang Auto Harness Co., Ltd. (605333.SH), with registered capital of 1.5385 million yuan. The general manager and legal representative is Xiao Ji'nan. The company is Huguang's embodied-intelligence vehicle and sits alongside a sister company, Quanneng Embodied Intelligence Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., in the group's robotics push; Huguang formed an internal robot wiring-harness team in 2024, delivered its first humanoid wiring-harness sample set in 2025 and launched a series of products in 2026. Agile Technology's stated method is the reverse of the usual one: rather than build a general-purpose humanoid and then look for work for it, it starts from a specific real production process, works out what that process demands of joint force-control precision, torque density, response speed and ingress protection, and defines the joint modules and the whole machine backwards from there. Its general manager summarises the strategy as not pursuing generality but going deep in verticals, with dexterous manipulation as the single core competence, meaning the ability to handle objects that are variable, soft and uncertain, such as wiring harnesses that bend, food that crushes and narrow irregular toilet gaps. The product line covers three machines and a joint-module family. The Dual-Arm Elf DW-R1 is a dual-arm wheeled robot for discrete flexible production lines, using a symmetric dual seven-degree-of-freedom architecture with in-house joints, independent perception and coordinated force control per arm, mirror-synchronous or divided-labour operation, and a high-passability wheeled chassis rated for 15-degree gradients so it can move between workstations and zones across workshop ramps and uneven floors. The Qingxiao Arm QX-C1 targets fine cleaning of all fixtures in commercial restrooms rather than floor sweeping: lightweight multi-degree-of-freedom joint modules cover the full height from low squat toilets to high mirrors, vision recognition and stain detection plan the cleaning path autonomously, and brush, spray, scrape and disinfect end effectors can be swapped quickly, taking cleaning coverage from the industry-typical 20 per cent to over 96 per cent. The flexible industrial arm LQ-10DOF7-NP improves on conventional collaborative arms through better force-control precision and more flexible posture in narrow spaces, and is aimed at handling flexible materials and fine processes rather than simple transfer. The joint modules are defined per body position: the shoulder joint S8015 claims power density above 722 W/kg using a frameless torque motor and two-stage planetary transmission with temperature rise held under 60 K; the elbow joint E6010 claims transmission efficiency above 90 per cent, impact resistance beyond 1000 N and a low-inertia structure; and the wrist joint W4310 weighs 0.43 kg while delivering up to 36 Nm with control bandwidth above 1 kHz and micron-level positioning accuracy. On control, the company states a current-loop bandwidth above 1 kHz, a 200 Hz speed loop, PP, PV and PT real-time trajectory planning modes, a high-torque-density planetary reducer rated at 88 Nm/kg, frameless torque motors above 90 per cent transmission efficiency, built-in impedance control and torque limiting, and dual-encoder closed-loop control that it says improves accuracy roughly 7.5 times over a single encoder. At its product launch on 29 September 2026 in Kunshan it signed strategic cooperation agreements with six companies and one college: the transmission and motor suppliers Nugell Intelligent Transmission and New Shicoh Motor, the PCB maker Jinglu Electronics, the food producer Ganyuan Food, Tengfei Technology and Shenzhou Medical for application scenarios, and Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College for talent. On 12 August 2026 it joined a four-party embodied-intelligence strategic cooperation with Huguang, the autonomous-driving chip company Huixi Intelligent Information Technology (Beijing) and its sister company Quanneng Embodied Intelligence. The company publishes no official website: the domain used for its contact email, lingqiaokeji.com, has name servers but no address record, so it serves mail only.
