Shanghai Huazhijian Technology Co., Ltd. (桦之坚) is a Shanghai-based robot company and a controlled subsidiary of Zhongjian Technology (002779.SZ), which started its embodied-intelligence transformation in 2023. Founded in 2025 with registered capital of RMB 60 million, the company focuses on intelligent robot R&D and service-consumer robot manufacturing, leveraging Zhongjian Zhiku's self-developed core components (hub motors, planetary joint modules). Its products include the giant concept humanoid robot ZERO (two-storey-high concept, designed by artist Zhu Gaowen, released at WAIC 2026 and WRC 2026), and the commercialized industrial quadruped robot Lingrui P1 (deployed in power-grid inspection and park patrol), as well as a fire-fighting robot dog based on the P1 platform with a 60 m water cannon. Zhongjian Technology has also co-invested in the global humanoid robot company 1X Holding AS.
