Qingzhuo Power Robot Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., which trades as NeodraDynamics and in Chinese as 清卓动力, is a Beijing robotics company incorporated on 8 October 2024 that positions itself as a leader in hydraulic-electric integrated drive technology, with the promise of empowering super humanoid robots to break through the limits of force and precision. It is registered in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a registered capital of 1.17037 million yuan, and is incorporated as a foreign-invested limited liability company that is not solely foreign owned; its legal representative is Yang Tao. It was co-founded by three Tsinghua-linked figures: Zhang Jianwei, a foreign member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a member of acatech the German National Academy of Science and Engineering and an internationally known artificial intelligence expert; Wang Jian, a member of the MIIT robot standards committee, a founding member of the national-local joint embodied intelligence innovation centre and a motor and servo drive specialist; and Yang Tao, head of a national high-quality special project, the inventor of digital hydraulics and the company's legal representative. Its stated mission is to supply partners with solutions and key components and so empower the robot industry, and its vision is to become a world-leading provider of robotic power solutions and to promote the wide use of heavy-duty robots in industry, rescue, deep-sea and space exploration, and it names nuclear power operation and maintenance, deep-sea work, logistics handling and mining among the hardest, most hazardous and heaviest scenarios it targets. The company sells three things that fit together. The super dexterous hand has 15 degrees of freedom including five active ones, a grip force above 500 kgf and fingertip precision of 0.01 mm, and is rated for strong nuclear radiation, temperatures from minus 50 to 250 degrees Celsius and ten thousand metres of water depth. The heavy-duty 7-DOF humanoid arm gives a 1.7 metre work radius with 300 kg of single-arm lifting and 0.2 mm end-point resolution. The super humanoid robot platform integrates both under one hydraulic-electric drive system, standing four metres tall with 41 active degrees of freedom, coordinated dual-hand and dual-arm operation and strong environmental tolerance, so that it can work in dangerous, dirty, dull and difficult settings in place of people. It made its public debut at the World Robot Conference in Beijing in August 2026, and on 18 August 2026 it announced what it describes as the world's first high-power hydraulic-electric hybrid linear actuator for robots. On financing, it has completed two angel rounds: the later one on 9 April 2025 from Wuyuefeng Chuangke, and an earlier one from Dingfeng Chuangke, with neither amount disclosed and no date published for the earlier round.
