About

Elite Robots is a Chinese robotics company founded in 2016 by a team including Cao Yunan with backgrounds at Beihang and Tsinghua universities. It develops collaborative robots, mobile manipulators and humanoid robots, together with motion controllers, joint modules and the Primo embodied AI platform. The company has its global headquarters in Suzhou and a regional headquarters in Zhengzhou, serving electronics, automotive, optical communications, AI infrastructure, laboratories and other automation applications. Its official profile reports cumulative sales of nearly 20,000 collaborative robots across more than 50 countries. On May 21, 2026, Elite launched Centaur-G1, a wheeled dual-arm humanoid intended for mobile manipulation and research. The company announced a CNY 600 million Series D+ on March 25, 2026; that announcement did not disclose a valuation. Commercial scale in its existing robot businesses should not be interpreted as confirmed mass production of Centaur-G1.
