The robot performs complex operations such as wire threading and needle insertion with sub-millimeter precision, relying on the DATA-AI-PHYSICS trinity solution. At the AWE 2026 exhibition, the A1 robot independently developed by TARS successfully set a Guinness World Record, achieving over 100 effective assembly operations per hour, creating a new record for "the most assemblies of sub-millimeter wire harnesses by a robot within one hour." This marks the first Guinness challenge in the field of industrial precision manipulation by a Chinese embodied intelligence enterprise, and received prominent coverage from CCTV13, CCTV2, CCTV4 and other channels and programs.
