Key Highlights

Agibot Genie G2 Max is a safety-standard heavy-duty embodied robot launched on 26 October 2026, aimed at palletising and depalletising, material transfer and production-line feeding, and described by the company as the industry's first heavy-duty embodied robot capable of long-duration multitask work. It carries a rated dual-arm payload of 40 kg with a peak of 50 kg, 20 kg per arm, and still holds arm repeat positioning accuracy within plus or minus 0.5 mm, so heavy lifting and fine placement come together. The manipulation system is a pair of 7-DOF force-controlled arms with vision guidance and dual-arm force control, reaching vertically from 0.1 to 2.5 m and covering 1.2 m horizontally, which supports single-face palletising and depalletising. It runs 7x24 through dual-battery hot swap plus autonomous recharge, is protected by 360-degree multimodal perception to industrial safety standards, and natively adapts to the Genie Studio 2.0 embodied operation platform. Reported deployments include the JD Logistics Zhilang warehouse jointly launched at WAIC in July 2026, described as the first real deployment of a humanoid in a warehousing production scenario, daily-chemical and FMCG mixed lines with 100 percent material recognition, e-commerce warehousing with above 99 percent task success and throughput of 80 cartons depalletised and 75 palletised per hour, and the Qiyuan T1 robot production line where it matches a 2.5-minute takt.

Application Scenarios

Industrial palletising and depalletising, material transfer and line feeding; e-commerce warehousing and logistics; daily-chemical and FMCG mixed-line material handling, carton opening and feeding, film capping and empty-box recovery; and robotic production lines that require a fixed takt.
