DFAI (Design for AI) integrated architecture

S1 is Astribot all-round AI robot platform with a humanoid upper body on a wheeled base, built on the DFAI (Design for AI) software-hardware integrated architecture that couples AI intelligence with high-performance manipulation. It is highly human-like in operation: single-arm 7 DOF, single-arm rated payload 5 kg (level), end-effector max speed >= 10 m/s, end-effector max acceleration about 100 m/s2, end-effector repeatability +/- 0.1 mm, 170 cm tall, 80 kg, 194 cm arm span, battery 4-6 hours with plug-in support. The platform offers a full research toolchain: comprehensive API, developer guides, visual interface, mainstream simulation platform support, full AI deployment pipeline (data collection, model training, deployment testing) and VR teleoperation for data collection. First technical demo in April 2024 executed complex tasks including ironing/folding clothes, item sorting, stir-frying, vacuuming and cup stacking.
