IRON is XPeng's AI-driven bipedal humanoid robot. XPeng's official page describes a human-like skeleton, bionic muscles, flexible skin, human-like gait and autonomous interaction. The August 2026 announcement specifies 76 whole-body DOF, 21 DOF per hand, three Turing AI chips and 2250 TOPS effective compute, with on-device physical-world model inference for autonomous tasks.
