VB1-I

VB1-I is the differential-drive variant in Lanxin Robotics' VersaBot (威宝) wheeled humanoid line, built by its humanoid brand Weimaier (VMR). The official English product page gives dimensions of 700 x 610 x 1650 mm and a dual-wheel differential drive, travelling at up to 1.5 m/s; the two six-axis arms carry electric grippers with a 580 mm reach envelope and a 2 kg single-arm payload, and the operating height is adjustable from 0.2 m to 2 m. Perception combines a panoramic RGB-D depth vision system with Lanxin's 3D vision sensors and 3D Laser SLAM navigation, and the robot uses 3D visual obstacle avoidance that detects low and suspended obstacles. The previous RobotHub description of VB1-I as an unfinished research platform was not supported by the official source and has been replaced with this source-backed profile. The robot is sold on quotation for industrial handling and intralogistics work.
