Aitu (Zhejiang) Intelligent Sewing Technology Co., Ltd.
Aitu (Zhejiang) Intelligent Sewing Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Aitu, is a Zhejiang-based innovation company built around artificial intelligence and humanoid robotics that develops intelligent manufacturing solutions for global manufacturing. Its platform combines humanoid robots, AI, IoT and big data and is applied to intelligent sewing equipment for apparel, home furnishing and automotive interiors. Its stated mission is AI mastering human experience, and it positions its AI sewing robot as the first new category of AI apparel equipment: a robot that masters human experience, keeps learning and is cheaper to run, cutting labour cost by more than 20 per cent. Its product line covers AI sewing robots, AI lockstitch machines and value-added software, resting on two core technologies: a fully digital flexible feeding technology and the Tianyanhu AI vision system. Aitu is a brand and subsidiary of Jack Technology (Shanghai Stock Exchange main board, 603337), which began in 1995 and is the world's largest and strongest intelligent sewing equipment maker, first globally for fourteen consecutive years according to Frost and Sullivan research completed in September 2024, with more than 8,000 distributors serving over 170 countries and regions. Aitu builds on that three-decade base with a six-in-one advantage across equipment, control, software, scenarios, data and process, addressing what general robotics companies lack in process know-how and what traditional equipment makers lack in AI algorithms. It has assembled a robotics R and D team of more than 300 people led by over 20 PhDs, invested over 500 million yuan in research and holds more than 300 granted patents, and for its intelligent production line it worked with over 100 global brands through more than 50 solution innovations and 20-plus iterations, accumulating over 200 patents. On 28 October 2026 at a global launch in Zhoukou, Henan, it released two products: Aini, an embodied-intelligence sewing robot for real garment workstations, and Chanxianwang, described as the world's first mass-producible complete apparel robot production line. Aitu's robot manufacturing base is in Taizhou Bay New Area, Zhejiang, and it has formed an open apparel intelligent manufacturing ecosystem with partners including Luxshare Precision, Leaderdrive, Siemens and the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.
