Three foundations named by the company: the Tianyanhu AI vision system, the Jiunaozhangyu sewing large model and Linghouqiaoshou sensing. Process learning from worker demonstration replaces code changes when a style changes. No compute module is published.
Sensors
Tianyanhu AI vision system for fabric recognition and vision-guided positioning at plus-or-minus 0.5 mm, plus Linghouqiaoshou sensing for fabric handling and a Jiunaozhangyu sewing large model for process learning from demonstration.

Key Highlights

Aini, branded in Chinese as 艾妮机器人, is Aitu's embodied-intelligence sewing robot, unveiled at a global launch in Zhoukou, Henan on 28 October 2026 and positioned as a new kind of sewing worker rather than a general-purpose humanoid. It is built for real garment workstations and claims three core on-site capabilities. It recognises and picks up fabric, achieving single-layer precise grasping across multiple fabric categories. It aligns and corrects fabric, adjusting in real time against wrinkles and offsets that occur on a live line. And it learns processes from demonstration: a worker shows it a task and it adapts to processes such as patch-pocket setting, buttonholing and button attaching, with no engineer needed to rewrite code when a style changes, which is what makes it fit small-batch fast-response production. Those capabilities rest on three technology foundations the company names itself: the Tianyanhu AI vision system, a Jiunaozhangyu sewing large model and Linghouqiaoshou sensing, with vision-guided positioning delivering plus-or-minus 0.5 mm placement accuracy. Aini is already in stable trial production at Chenfeng Group across five shirt processes including collar, cuff and patch pocket, and at launch seven domestic and international garment makers signed on as customers: Korea's SAE-A, Vietnam's TGC, Thailand's NICE, Liantai, Bosideng, Chenfeng and Taipingniao. It is the single-workstation half of a two-part system whose other half, Chanxianwang, is the world's first mass-producible complete apparel robot production line, which at Sheng Tai Group's shirt workshop runs 1,000 solid-colour shirts and 700 checked shirts per day on a 20-hour schedule, needs 12 people where a conventional line needs 40 for the same output, saves 5 per cent fabric, improves quality by 30 per cent and shortens lead time by 20 per cent.

Application Scenarios

Garment manufacturing workstations for patch pocket setting, buttonholing, button attaching and other sewing processes, small-batch fast-response apparel production, and full apparel robot production lines when paired with the company's Chanxianwang line system.
