Guangzhou Dongyuan Yixing Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.
Phybot (Chinese brand 动易科技) is a Chinese embodied-intelligence and humanoid robotics company whose mission is to bring AI into the physical world. Its legal entity was incorporated on 2024-06-25 as Beijing Dongyi Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (北京动易人工智能科技有限公司) and was later renamed and relocated to Guangzhou Dongyuan Yixing Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (广州动远易行人工智能科技有限公司), a change approved on 2026-07-09; the registered capital is RMB 1.6198 million and the legal representative is Ren Xiaoyu. The company describes its product philosophy as building a humanoid "robot for AI" that is natively co-designed in software and hardware, and argues that such an "AI new species" will restructure productivity in an AI society in the way the steam engine did, becoming application infrastructure for the AGI era. Its portfolio combines complete humanoid robots with core components: the high-performance general-purpose humanoid PHYBOT M1, the embodied-intelligence companion PHYBOT C1, the PHYBOT C2, and the PhyArc series of quasi-direct-drive integrated cycloidal joint modules, a six-product family whose PhyArc 102 is quoted at a peak torque density above 244 N·m/kg with repeat positioning accuracy under one arcminute. The company says it rebuilt its R&D process, self-develops core components and the hardware body, and uses a new end-to-end motion-control architecture to give AI a body that can genuinely enter the physical world. It says PHYBOT M1 is entirely self-developed, with the joint modules, main control system and power management system all developed in-house, 32+ degrees of freedom across the body, a maximum joint torque of 830 N·m and dual 9Ah batteries supporting hot-swap in 15 seconds. Teams are based in Beijing and Guangzhou, and the company reports opening a Guangzhou intelligent-manufacturing centre.
