Guangdong Huilun Technology Co., Ltd.
Guangdong Huilun Technology Co., Ltd. (Huilun Technology) is an embodied-intelligence / humanoid robot company incubated by GAC Group, registered on 2026-02-12 with legal representative Zhang Aimin and registered capital of RMB 83.02 million. GAC Group holds 49.39% of the company, with Guangzhou Lunchi Investment Partnership, Guangzhou Lunbu Investment Partnership and Zhang Aimin as co-shareholders. Headquartered in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, the company operates as an independent market-oriented entity that took over GAC Group's humanoid robot business. It has developed four generations of embodied robots and built full-stack in-house capabilities in structure design, system platform, cerebellum motion-control algorithms and cerebrum perception/decision algorithms, with self-developed core components including axial-flux motors, integrated joint modules, high-power drivers and rigid-flexible dexterous hands. Its flagship product, the fourth-generation wheel-legged humanoid GoMate Mini (1.70 m standing height, 27 DOF, variable wheel-leg structure, over 8 hours endurance), has been tested in metro security-patrol scenarios, shown at the National Games torch relay, and deployed in about 50 robots across 7 projects (Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou Metro guidance, etc.), with plans for small-batch production in March 2026 and scaled production in 2027. In May 2026 it signed strategic cooperation agreements with State-holding intelligence company and insurance/security partners to co-found a security robot industry alliance. In August 2026 it completed an over-RMB-100-million financing round led by CRRC Guochuang Fund, CMB International and Sichuan Science Innovation.
