ALICE M1 is AeiROBOT's mobile humanoid for manufacturing floors, and its defining idea is a body whose working height changes: two parallel-link waist structures let it raise and lower between 1.3 m and 1.8 m, so a single machine can work at bench height, at shelf height and at a standing workstation without repositioning. It combines 7-DoF arms and 6-DoF hands, giving 31 degrees of freedom in total, with a base that moves and a perception suite of stereo camera, IMU, 3D LiDAR and laser sensor feeding obstacle avoidance and SLAM navigation. The company's own linear actuators drive the joints: they have no reducer, are highly current-sensitive, support back-driving and run quietly because of the low gear ratio, and their low inertia allows accurate impedance control. A heat-sink integrated frame manages motor heat, and a dedicated driver runs real-time field-oriented control. AeiROBOT positions ALICE M1 as a partner that takes over repetitive work from human operators to raise productivity and safety at the same time, and opened pre-orders for factory deployment in October 2025.

Application Scenarios

Manufacturing industry environments and factory deployment; precise manipulation in confined spaces; work at varying heights from 1.3 m to 1.8 m
