AeiROBOT Co., Ltd. (주식회사 에이로봇) is a South Korean humanoid robotics company based in the Startup Incubation Center on Hanyang University's ERICA campus in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, and led by CEO Eom Yunseol. Its slogan is 'A Robot for All'. The company designs humanoid platforms around its own linear-actuator technology, which uses no reducer, supports back-driving and low inertia for precise force and impedance control, runs quietly because of its low gear ratio, and pairs an integrated heat-sink frame with a dedicated real-time FOC motor driver offering position, velocity, torque and impedance control modes. Its product line covers the bipedal ALICE 3 and ALICE 4 humanoids, the wheeled mobile humanoid ALICE M1 built for manufacturing floors, the AIMY welcome robot for indoor service and guidance, and the EDIE character robot used in exhibition work. AeiROBOT has competed in the RoboCup Humanoid Adult Size league, placing second in Bangkok in 2022 and Bordeaux in 2023 and third in Eindhoven in 2024, and its robots have been installed at reference sites including the Seoul Robot and AI Science Museum, Seoul Gangseo Library, Hanyang University's nursing simulation centre and Korea's Masan Robot Land. The company raised a seed round in May 2024 and a Series A in July 2025, joined the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's K-Humanoid Alliance in April 2025, and in September 2025 became the first in Korea to win regulatory sandbox approval for an AI-equipped bipedal humanoid robot in an industrial field demonstration. Its ALICE 4 appeared at MWC 2025 and MWC 2026 with LG Uplus's 'IXI' AI, and in January 2026 its humanoid shipbuilding use case was presented in the CES 2026 keynote by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. In June 2026 the company was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer 2026.
