汇川技术液冷架构轮式人形机器人
Inovance's humanoid is the least glamorous and most industrial robot in this batch, and that is the point. It was shown publicly for the first time at the 26th China International Industry Fair in Shanghai in October 2026, not on a plinth but inside an automotive welding demonstration cell where control, drive, robotics and vision products work as one unit. The configuration is a wheeled mobile platform carrying a seven-axis bionic arm with high-precision force control, chosen so it can work in the narrow spaces a real workshop has, and the published differentiators are about surviving there rather than about intelligence: full-body liquid cooling, IP54 protection and hot-swappable batteries, which Inovance says makes it the industry's first liquid-cooled wheeled humanoid. In the demonstration it works with the cell's vision system and an arc welding robot, autonomously loading and unloading and resetting workpieces and then welding collaboratively. Inovance treats the robot as one output of a broader manufacturing stack rather than as a product line: a manufacturing ontology that aggregates process knowledge, equipment graphs, site experience and production data to interpret complex conditions, and an EiOS layer that governs business data and schedules agents through an AIP platform, with cloud-edge-device cabinets built with China Unicom and a 5G-A plus virtual PLC cluster architecture for whole-plant control. No model name, payload, height, runtime or price is published, which says plainly that this is a capability demonstration for customers rather than a catalogue entry.
Automotive welding cells and other workshop-floor work where a humanoid must operate in narrow spaces alongside existing automation, demonstrated by autonomously loading and unloading workpieces, resetting them and running collaborative arc welding, with the wider company reporting deployments across automotive manufacturing, metal and cable and port logistics.
