Computing
No compute hardware is published. Unitree has not disclosed the processor, the model stack or how the movements in the video were executed. The company's stated framing for the wider race is that once physical AI breaks through, competition moves to four hard capabilities: mass manufacturing at the ten-million-unit scale, self-developed or jointly delivered physical AI models, very large compute server build-out, and self-developed compute and memory chips. The published performance claims are qualitative and physical rather than computational: kicking a car door until it dents, elbow-striking a hood, lifting a car, leaping over a sedan, landing a backflip from a four-metre platform and holding a fighting stance.
Sensors
No sensor list is published. What the demonstration implies is perception for security and rescue tasks: the robot steps between a person and an approaching intruder, tracks the attacker through sideways movement and arm action, and reacts to a traffic accident scenario. Unitree has not disclosed the sensor suite, the perception stack or the autonomy level behind these behaviours.

H2-X, marketed as 功夫传奇 or Kung Fu Legend, is Unitree's AI-bodyguard humanoid, unveiled on 21 October 2026 in a demonstration video rather than as a product page. The confirmed numbers come from an on-site report quoting Unitree staff: about 170 cm tall, about 65 kg, 31 degrees of freedom across the body, and up to eight hours of battery life in a standing condition, which is a notably long runtime for a humanoid and the one hardware figure Unitree has actually stated. The video is the product argument. In it the robot leaps over a sedan, kicks a car door until the panel dents, elbow-strikes the hood, lifts a car, drops from a shipping container and holds a fighting stance, lands a backflip from a four-metre platform, performs a molten-iron splash, and in staged scenes steps between a woman and a knife-wielding intruder and intervenes in a traffic accident. Unitree positions it for home security and traffic-accident rescue and warns customers to keep two to three metres away. The honest caveat is that the rest of the hardware is undisclosed: 36Kr notes that beyond battery life Unitree has published no complete configuration and no explanation of how the movements were achieved, and that the knife-blocking sequence is a scenario demonstration rather than evidence of mature security capability. So H2-X is best read as a capability showcase with one solid number, a long runtime, attached to it.

Application Scenarios

Home security and traffic-accident rescue, which are the two applications Unitree named at the launch, with the demonstration showing a bodyguard role (interposing against an intruder) and an accident-response role; the security part is a staged demonstration rather than a deployed capability.
