Jiangsu Zhujing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Jiangsu Zhujing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., known as Zhujing and in Chinese as 箸境, was registered in Nanjing on 21 August 2025 and describes itself as building an industry-leading embodied intelligence scenario application platform. Its registered capital is 10 million yuan with 3 million yuan paid in, and its shareholders are two corporate entities: Nanjing Bohan Information Technology Co., Ltd holds 92 per cent and Beijing Fuyan Technology Co., Ltd holds 8 per cent. It has no institutional venture round on record: eleven separate searches across Chinese and English sources found no financing announcement, and the register shows corporate shareholders rather than funds, which is why its funding history is absent rather than merely unpublished. The legal representative is Huang Wenhan and its chief marketing officer is Shi Mengjiao. Its registered address is Room 701A, Building 5, No. 699-17 Xuanwu Avenue, Xuanwu District, and it operates from Xuzhuang High-tech Zone in that district. The company's premise is the gap between humanoid robot underlying technology and commercial deployment, and it claims a closed loop across body hardware, embodied foundation models, scenario deployment and replication, organised around a five-element symbiosis flywheel of scenario, body, data, model and application with an AI brain at the core. It draws research strength from Nanjing University, Southeast University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and R&D staff make up more than 70 per cent of its employees. Commercially it has grown quickly for its age: its H1 robot, nicknamed Xiaozhu, sells for 199,000 yuan and sold nearly a thousand units in eight months, in-hand orders reached 140 million yuan about seven months after founding, and the company targets 300 to 500 million yuan of revenue in 2026, against a 2026 expectation of more than 300 million yuan reported in April 2026. In 2025 it was selected into Jiangsu's thirteen humanoid robot leaders and elected vice-chair unit of the Jiangsu embodied intelligence robot industry alliance, and its four scenario datasets for office, supermarket, catering and housekeeping were listed and traded on the Jiangsu data exchange in late 2025, which it and the regional press describe as the country's first embodied intelligence dataset trade; the data covers base motion with video, joint angles and torque parameters. It took part in drafting the national standard for data training grounds, showed robots at the World Robot Conference 2026, took part in InnoEX 2026 in Hong Kong, and is preparing a Jiangsu International Data Port embodied intelligence innovation centre. Its robots are H1, a 127 cm compact humanoid nicknamed Xiaozhu which it fitted with a 6G communication and positioning module in April 2026 and presented as the world's first 6G humanoid, and S1, a 164 cm model still under development for industrial, commercial and home scenarios which it showed at InnoEX 2026; a third model, H1 Mini, was announced in October 2026 for a November global launch.
